The Simple Liberty Movement is how everyday Americans restore our republic - with facts, with each other, and before it’s too late.
Simple Liberty Foundation is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation and a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization.
We all want a better America. We agree on far more than we have been told.
So the only question left is, what happens next?
Nothing changes if we keep waiting on the people who have had decades to fix it. It changes when commoners do the research ourselves, weigh both sides honestly, and put real solutions where everyone can see them.
We need you to get involved.
Join as a Member, or Donate - and we welcome your participation as a volunteer, helping us research issues and claims. Volunteers work inside The Commons, so start with Membership - then email us (nfo@simpleliberty.com) and we will get you into an issue.
The longer we wait, the more decisions get made without us, and the more America fractures.
Not a revolution. A restoration.
We can do this.
The Simple Liberty Foundation unites everyday Americans to study, develop, and propose real solutions to our nation’s biggest problems, carrying them to the public through our Members and the media.
Our Members make the work possible and shape its direction. Choose how you prefer to contribute.

Frequently asked questions
Q: What is The Commons?
The Commons is our online community - where members consider America’s challenges. What are the major issues? What claims to be a solution? What does each claim mean? What evidence supports it - or not? Who is impacted should the claim become law? And, what’s the best solution for the common good of all Americans?
The Commons is the gathering place of Simple Liberty - similar to a pub, town square, or city wall where wise people met to discuss and resolve the challenges of their community - listening, considering the opinions of others, contributing, and finding common ground to extend the life of their people through next generation.
Subscribers can see all that we present in The Commons. Members may join the discussions and events.

Q: How is my support used?
Every dollar fuels the work: Original research on real solutions, the people who produce it, and the platform where citizens build on it together. We’re a lean team, not an institution - your support goes to the mission, not overhead for its own sake. We hold ourselves to the stewardship standard set by the best in the field, like the Salvation Army, and in 2027 we will start reporting our financials openly so you can hold us accountable.
